Reception area to be upgraded from November 2013. City centre location was excellent.Very good value for money.Staff were really friendly, helpful, polite and informative.Rooftop terrace overlooks grand harbour and is a perfect setting for a romantic breakfast or for any occasion.Hotel rooms were very clean and modern. Though it smells a bit damp as you first enter the hotel, the rooms are clean and well equipped, the bathroom accessories are new and the rooms smell fine. It overlooks the harbour and just a 5 minute walk from the cathedral. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Valletta. They let us leave our bags here for a few hours a week after we checked out, which was great as there is nowhere for left luggage in the city. Breakfast was perfect for us (cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit). We had a sea view and it was fantastic overlooking the Three Cities. Location excellent, in heart of everything. whatever you asked you could get immediately.if i go malta again this hotel will be the place that i will be staying without hesitation. Enter to the city and walk by main square. High quality breakfast will give you extra power to you for a good starting of a new day.Location is unbelievable. We left our luggage there on the last day, and the staff arranged a taxi at our request, all worked very efficiently.There was no breakfast available due to renovations, but we knew that when we booked, and the hotel were happy for us to bring our travel kettle, so we were able to have a simple breakfast on the roof terrace, which undoubtedly had a better view than the dining room!We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Off season renovations are underway should be a cracker of a hotel when these are finished. They rang around for a doctor then organised a taxi to take us to the medical centre and then organised our trip back. As if they were in Suleiman's army again and shooting at forts. + The sound of gunfire clearly prevailed as the Grand Harbour water surface intensified it. + It was close to all (Valetta is very small) + We could easily parking directly in front of the hotel. Location! We booked Grand Harbour view room and it was fantastic experience to see the "stories" and ships from our french balkony, or from directly our bed!!! every morning and evening.
